  1. How do I place my order?

    The most favoured method of placing an order is through our easy to use, secure website. However if you prefer you may also email or fax us your order.

    1. To fax your order please down load our ORDER FORM here and fax it back to us on the fax number stated on the top of the form and we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and payment options.
    2. To email your order please type out what you would like and email it back to us on sales@busybeetoys.com.au and we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and payment options.

  2. What payment options do you accept?

    We have the following payment options available:-

    Credit Card

    This is the most preferred payment option it is also the fastest and can be done securely through our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    Paypal

    In the new age of Ebay accounts, PayPal is another safe, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

  3. Can I track my order?

    Yes. After completing your purchase through checkout you will be sent a confirmation email from Busybee Toys confirming that your order has been shipped along with this you will be issued with a unique tracking number. This unique number allows you to track your order via www.eparcel.com.au.

  4. FREE* delivery when you spend over $150. What's the catch?

    Busy Bee Toys FREE delivery over $150 is limited to Australian Residents only and will be sent by Australian Standard Postage only! Unfortunately we cannot offer this special to overseas customers or customers wishing to send parcels overseas as shipping costs vary in relation to which country the parcel is being sent to. Should you wish to send a parcel overseas, or live overseas yourself, let us know as you checkout and we will contact you regarding your frieght charges.     Yes here at Busybee Toys we want to offer our customers the best shopping experience that we possibly can and therefore we are happy to price match! Just drop us an email stating where you have seen a particular product cheaper and we will be happy to offer the exact same discount!

  6. How do I create my own Wishlist?

    In order to create your own wishlist you must first become a Honeycomb Club Member. This can be achieved by either clicking on our Member Signup Page (located on our homepage) or on our Create Your Own Wishlist Banner (along the bottom of our website). Simply fill in all your details and everytime you come back to shop with us you will be able to login and access your information. By becoming a Honeycomb Club Member you will be entitled to fantastic benefits as well as being able to access your Wishlist.

  7. How does my loved one recieve their gift voucher?

    After selecting your gift voucher and completing Checkout you will be sent and email from us with your gift voucher attached. It is at this stage that you will be able to add your own personal touch to the voucher such as your name, your loved one's name and a message. You then have the choice of printing your gift certificate out (to take to the recipient), posting the gift voucher or emailing it forward to the recipient.

    Each gift voucher has a unique code attached to it enabling the recipient to redeem the voucher. They simply log on to our website, select their chosen items and enter the voucher code on the Cart page in the box marked Enter Voucher Code. It is as simple as that!

  8. If I am not happy with my purchase can I return it?

    If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us (within 7 days of recieving your purchase) to organise an exchange or refund. Your return must first be reported to us and then returned within 14 days from the date that you recieved it.

    The item must be in its original condition, (unused, unopened from manufacturers box, tags attached etc) and Busy Bee Toys will issue a full refund once the item has been recieved. Busy Bee Toys reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened, used or is damaged. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Postage and handling of products is not refundable and an additional delivery fee will be applied for all exchanged items.

    Return of Faulty Items:-

    Busy Bee Toys prides itself on the quality of our products. We carefully check all products and packaging upon recieving the goods before selling them to on to our customers. In the unlikely event that you recieve a item that is faulty, damaged or defective you must report it to us within 7 days from date recieved and we will organise a replacement item or issue you a full refund once we have recieved the item.

    Please contact us via one of the below options if you have decided to return your purchase or if you have recieved a faulty item:-

  9. I purchased my item a week ago and it still has not arrived. What's happened?

    Please note that we are based in Western Australia and normal delivery times can take up to 5 business days if you are located in the Eastern States, longer if you live in a remote region. However if you are experiencing delays longer than 7 business days please contact us via email, fax or phone so we can investigate the matter further. If you are an overseas customer delivery times may vary from 4 to 15 days, depending on the delivery method used.
